Houston Reunion

Being back in the US, a trip to Houston to see friends was definitely needed.  When we found out our friends, the Thompson's, would be in town we had to make the drive over.  When we lived in Houston before, they lived down the street from us and spent many nights playing boardgames or barbecuing along with the Cox's, who still live in Houston.  It was so much fun to get everyone back together and see how much the kids and our families had grown!

Andrea borrowed two bouncy houses for a day so all the kids could expend some energy.  This was Caroline's first time seeing one of these.  I think she will appreciate it a bit more in a few months.

Sweet little Brandon, had to put up with all the girls

We were excited to see Caroline playing nicely, until she pulled Brandon over

So cute in their matching shirts!
Cox Family, Mrozik Family, and Thompson Family
We decided to head to their neighborhood park to enjoy the beautiful weather and let the kids expend more energy.

After waking up from her nap, Caroline was ready for some fun

The school where the park was had a few chickens, not sure why, and Caroline loved them

First time down a slide
Couldn't stop with just the little one, Daddy had to take her down the big one too!
Holding hands at lunch. Caroline, you are too young for that!
We had a wonderful weekend and are looking forward to future trips to visit more friends in Houston!
